  1. Send the products you wish to change or return to:

    • If the reason for the change arises from the customer’s responsibility, the shipping costs as well as the control of the shipment shall be borne by the customer by a shipping company of his choice or by the Post Office.
    • If the reason for the change arises from the company’s liability, the shipping costs as well as the control of the shipment shall be borne by the company.
  1. The product returned by the returning customer must be clean and free of foreign odours (such as creams, perfumes or cigarette smoke), should not be worn, washed, not torn, in its original packaging and with all labels.
  2. The shipment must be accompanied by the receipt snippet and the application form for the change.  Please keep your name on the form, your contact details (telephone-address) and what product/s you wish for the exchange.
  3. Carefully pack the packages to ensure proper storage of the products during transport. Packages with returned products that due to improper packaging have been damaged during transportation will be returned to the customer at his own charge.
  4. Upon receipt of the package in our offices, you will be informed via phone call or email that we have received your package. If there are any clarifications needed, we will contact you so please ensure you will provide us your contact details (telephone number and/or email). Please kindly note that there will be No refunds.
  5. You may request a replacement product in the following cases:
    • The product or size is not to your liking.
    • Identified production defect of the product.
    • Sent wrong product, different from the one you ordered.
    • Another reason for consulting (Please specify)
The replacement of a damaged product during transport will only be considered under the basis of the Protocol drawn up in the presence of the courier.
When we receive the returned products, only the value of the returned products is calculated, without the additional charges (shipping costs).
When the changeable product is sent, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the change arises from the responsibility of the company.
